Expander – An appliance used to make the upper or lower jaw wider.
Functional Appliances – Appliances that produce force to move the teeth and align the jaws.
Habit Appliances – An appliance used to help a patient stop habits or undesirable forces exerted on the teeth.
Ceramic Braces – These braces are made of a translucent material that show teeth, not metal. They are an exceptional option for those who want the precison of braces, but prefer not to wear metal and colorful braces.
Colorful Braces – Colorful braces, or metal braces for teens get their color from elastic ties that are placed around the bracket. Today’s braces are smaller, more comfortable and more attractive than braces of the past.
Empower Self Ligating Braces – Self-Ligating braces eliminate the need for colorful “ties”. By reducing these ties fricton is reduced. This may permit the teeth to move more freely, and with less force shortening treatment time and improve oral hygiene.
Invisalign Teen – Invisalign teen are a series of clear removable aligners that gradually straighten your teeth over time. Invisalign is easy to wear, does not affect speech, and is comfortable in social situations.
